Iowa Poll: More than 3 in 4 likely voters confident in 2024 election count of US vote

40% : Micheal Roan, 33, a poll respondent from Colfax who works as a recovery specialist, is a registered Republican who will vote for Trump. 28% : She cast her ballot early for Trump. 23% : Wildrick recalled watching the 2016 general election results unfold on TV as her friend sobbed on her shoulder when Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton lost to Trump. 8% : The next day, she recalled their dismay seeing news coverage that Clinton won the popular vote by nearly 2.9 million yet fell short in the Electoral College with 227 votes to Trump's 304 votes as Trump won more states.
