Having an international agreement on a technology that could negatively alter society is important. It is technology that can be both beneficial yet used for the wrong reasons.

I think gene editing technologies are extremely dangerous ad hence there needs to be control, agreement, and accountability to ue these technologies responsibly.
I believe all countries need to be on the same page on this particular issue as it becomes more of a moral issue than a scientific one.
