I am not sure what the usefulness of implementing guidelines is, the current 4g cellular service is adequate for almost all use cases considering its superior range and flexibility.

Maybe because I think 5G is an important issue that we need to get ahead of, but I’m not sure how we would feasibly enforce international guidelines.

Maybe, I’m not too sure how essential of an issue 5g is, but I can see how it would be helpful.
International guidelines for 5G deployment might be useful however, this issue is not that critical for a lot of countries.
International guidelines would be ideal but not viable because I do not think many countries would agree to them.
