I believe this is a MAYBE situation, mostly due to who the Whistleblower effects, as it is possible for the affected to go around the law and use intimidation to silence them or even dispose of them if the affected are the ones in power. Whistleblowers have very crucial evidence, but also damaging, so there’s a need to protect it. But given the power politicians have in this day and age, it’s likely that Whistleblowers will be in danger. So, in my honest opinion, and in correcting a mistake I made, I believe this is a very complicated issue that may not have a fully correct answer.Read Less
