Maybe because it is up to the institutions to decide whether they believe this is necessary or not. If an institution prioritizes entrepreneurship and innovation over everything, then yes. If not, no

If this means encouraging self-sustainability, then possibly, but I would argue that it isn't necessary. There should always be services provided by educational institutions to help/assist early entrepreneurs into learning their craft, but it should not be a necessity for everyone. Humans have the free will to create their own career, and sometimes that is not framed around entrepreneurship.  Less

I'm not sure innovation needs a specific mandatory course. I know some early education curriculums include an opportunity for kids to start and run their own business. I believe the same way students have the option to choose a schedule that includes the arts like music or visual design or courses in foreign languages or engineering, they should be able to have a solid foundation of entrepreneurship as an option.  Less
