Countries have different names, formulations, and standards for prescribing medicine. It would take a lot of time to standardize this as countries’ governments do what they think is best for their citizens so this would hinder this. Also, countries like the USA and the UK are much different sizes so the protocols are much different on transportation. I think an international standardization would cause more pain than good.
