Gunman shoots dead guard at Azerbaijan's Tehran embassy

35% : The Islamic Republic of Iran's foreign ministry condemned the attack and offered its condolences to the family of the victim and offered its sympathy to Azerbaijan, which shares a border with Iran.
26% : "We are of the opinion that the recent anti-Azerbaijani campaign (...) in Iran has encouraged such attacks against our diplomatic mission," it said, adding that Iran has the "obligation" to ensure security at the complex under the Vienna convention.
