44% : Although these accounts do not provide a comprehensive picture of the project by Musk's Department of Government Efficiency to drastically cut the cost and size of the federal bureaucracy, they do reveal collateral damage resulting from DOGE's efforts to make the sprawling federal bureaucracy more efficient.
