Bias scores are on a scale of -100% to 100% with higher negative scores being more liberal and higher positive scores being more conservative, and 0% being neutral.
53% : Escamilla said the most recent example of the Utah way in action came in January, when the Legislature passed a slate of police reform bills, which had support from law enforcement and communities of color. 50% : Those bills banned chokeholds, required more training for law enforcement and mandated the collection of more data when officers use force.
