“Hush money criminal trial”
The headline is misleading and ambiguous as to why Trump is being charged. As a reader, the headline seems disconnected and confusing from the content of the article, left unaware of what he is actually being charged for.

Undecided voters say ‘timing’ of Trump indictments is ‘politically motivated:’ ‘Doesn’t seem fair at all’
I think this article is biased due to the lack of sources with different viewpoints. By saying "undecided voters," the author makes a generalization without showing the perspectives of people who do not share that opinion. It works to favor a conservative agenda that "even biden supporters think Trump is innocent," by picking and choosing subjects that agree with their points and not mentioning those that disagree at all.
US has seen no evidence that Israel has committed genocide, Austin says
The article does a good job in reporting what the Senators said and how Lloyd Austin responded. However it leaves out relevant information like reports and accusations that have already been presented by other countries and organizations. But more importantly, as the article focuses on what the U.S. plans to do in this conflict, it leaves out the fact that the U.S. has already denied help to Gaza by vetoing the request for a cease-fire at the UN. The article makes it seem as if the U.S. has not acted yet when in reality it has had an active role in the issue.
Leaning in comments
This article actually did a great job of reporting factual news that was supported by sources. However, they included more commentary against the character of Biden and how he breaks laws. Considering the history of Fox news's bias and how they influence political leanings this is important to consider. The way the reporter framed the story did put Biden in a negative light for a greater part of the readings, with a small portion of commentary defending him.
A “Black Swan Event” – General Flynn Raises Questions About Baltimore Bridge Collapse
This article is troubling for me due to its spread of misinformation. In the report, the author claims that the driver of the container ship that crashed into the Baltimore Bridge is Ukrainian, which is not true; the captain was confirmed to be Indian. Apart from spreading fake news, the author's wording also implies negative feelings towards the nationality. By saying, "The captain of the container ship is a Ukrainian," he targets a specific group in order to scapegoat the incident.
