It's biased and omits a lack of differing perspective enough to where it almost constituted as fake news. And the article frequently references different small business owners in New York City, particularly ones that operate commuting businesses and trucking, and how they are ecstatic over the end of the congestion pricing policy in New York City. The article frequently lambastes the fees that incur upon drivers during congestion pricing times and how these workers are financially impacted by it. However, at no point in the article does it ever provide any differing perspective on such a policy that has had enormous changes for the positive. In addition to these negative aspects, such as lower crime rates, particularly on those of subway transits, more people saving money on using the subway, as well as the future benefits that the tolls would add up for improving the subway system, additionally, there has been reportedly much less traffic throughout the New York City area as a result of this.

I believe there are small business owners and other commuter’s who are “ecstatic” about the congestion polls removal and the article did briefly mention that MTA was attempting to sue the removal and how the congestion polls were increasing funding to the MTA.
